Dear New City Elementary School Community,
I am happy to announce that after a two-month search process, I will be formally recommending Pamela D'Apice-White for appointment as the new principal of New City Elementary School to the Board of Education at their next meeting.
Ms. D’Apice-White is a dedicated educational leader with a proven track record of fostering academic excellence and inclusive school cultures. She currently serves as the principal of Elmwood Elementary School in the East Ramapo Central School District, where she previously served as assistant principal and a special education teacher.
Ms. D’Apice-White brings a wealth of experience in instructional supervision and community engagement. We are confident that Ms. D’ApiAll ce-White’s expertise in Social Emotional Learning (SEL), school culture, special education, and data-informed instruction will make her an invaluable asset to New City Elementary School.
